Could you come to my house?
We are happy to come out and see your work, but we would like to send you an estimate of what the cost will be before we do so.
Do you do furniture resotrations?
Yes, we can restore the upholstery of your furniture. We can also paint or spray the wooden frame and feet. We can also fix broken furniture frames.
Can you modify furniture?
yes, we can modify old furniture or make something new according to your needs.
Do you have previous work we can see?
You can view many of our newly created items on our Facebook and Instagram pages. You can also visit our gallery page to view some items. Our social platforms are kept up to date to the most recent content can be found there.
How long does production take?
We aim to turn around all of our upholstery jobs within 21 working day depending on the size of the project. i.e. a single couch is faster to produce than 10 couches.
Can I bring my own foam and/or fabric?
We can use the fabric supplied by our clients, but we cannot guarantee its quality. We suggest to use new, high quality foam to all our clients and don’t use foam supplied by clients.
Are there any other costs to consider besides the fabric?
Other estimates include foam, dacron, thread and buttons. We also provide spring tying, double welt and skirts as part of our price. Finally, tax is required for all fabrics and materials purchased for the piece.
Why would I reupholster and not buy new?
If you like the style and comfort of your current furniture and its frame is in good shape, then reupholstering may be a good choice for you. Although it may cost as much as moderately priced new furniture, you’ll have something that’s uniquely yours.
What is the process of using your services?
To start your project, send us the measurements and pictures. Once we have your approval on the estimate, we’ll take a deposit and schedule you. When the project is near completion, we’ll let you know so that you can arrange delivery. After your project is finished, we’ll send a payment invoice for the balance due. You can bring home your completed project!
Can I store my furniture at your shop?
Unfortunately no. We only have space for a few projects at any given time. Any finished project left at our shop for more than 14 days will be considered abandoned, unless otherwise arranged. We do have delivery options available at reasonable rates.
Can you assist me in choosing the right fabric?
We’re delighted to offer our guidance and ideas based on our expertise. Choosing fabric should be fun, but it can also be time-consuming. We have streamlined this process by presenting fabrics from some of the most well known fabric houses. You can find a more detailed list on our home page.
Do you pickup and deliver?
We do provide a pick-up and delivery service. This is quoted separately.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. If you would like to place an order with us and add it to our schedule, you will need to pay a 60% deposit on acceptance of quote and balance before delivery.
What type of payments do you accept?
We only accept EFT payments.
